Premium Timken replacement bearing for the Mazda RX-7 FD3S accessory drive idler / tensioner pulley.
The original Mazda FD3S idler pulley uses a replaceable 6303-series sealed ball bearing. Rather than replacing the complete pulley assembly, the original pulley can be rebuilt by pressing out the worn bearing and installing a new high-quality Timken 6303 bearing.
An excellent maintenance solution for an original pulley that remains in good condition but has developed bearing noise, roughness or excessive play.

INSTALLATION
The original bearing must be pressed out of the pulley and the new bearing pressed correctly into position.
When installing the new bearing, pressure should be applied to the appropriate bearing race to avoid transmitting installation force through the balls and damaging the new bearing.
