Aeroflow 525 LPH high-flow in-tank EFI fuel pump designed for high-performance and high-power fuel systems, including E85 applications.
The AF49-1257 is one of Aeroflow's highest-flowing compact in-tank fuel pumps, capable of delivering 525 LPH (138.7 GPH) at 29 psi.
Its compact design allows installation in many OEM-style fuel tanks and aftermarket surge tanks, making it an excellent choice for high-performance street, track and competition builds.
Unlike the AF49-1057 version, the AF49-1257 does not incorporate an internal check valve.

FUEL COMPATIBILITY

When using alcohol-based fuels such as E85, increased fuel-filter maintenance is recommended and fuel pump service life may be reduced.
NO INTERNAL CHECK VALVE
The AF49-1257 is the no-check-valve version of Aeroflow's 525 LPH pump.
This configuration is particularly useful in custom high-performance fuel systems where an internal check valve is not required.
For applications requiring an internal check valve, use the corresponding AF49-1057 version.

- Fuel pump inlet filter sock
- Wiring pigtail
- Short length of submersible fuel hose
- 2 × Hose clamps
- 2 × Straight crimp connectors
ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
Aeroflow requires a minimum 35A relay for each pump, together with correctly sized wiring and an appropriate fuse or circuit breaker.
Correct electrical supply is essential for maintaining fuel-pump performance and reliability.
