The 13070-JK21B is the original Nissan timing chain tensioner used on the right-hand / passenger-side camshaft timing chain of the VR38DETT engine.
Designed to maintain correct tension on the secondary camshaft timing chain, this is an important component when carrying out a complete timing-system overhaul or VR38DETT engine rebuild.
