The 13070-JK21C is the original Nissan timing chain tensioner used on the left-hand / driver-side camshaft timing chain of the VR38DETT engine.
Designed to maintain correct tension on the secondary camshaft timing chain, this is an important replacement component during a complete timing-system overhaul or VR38DETT engine rebuild.
